In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, partner with us for “You Should Meet My ____,” an engaging and meaningful wellness activity designed to foster connection, reduce stigma, and support emotional well-being in the workplace.

 

By offering this program to employees, your company demonstrates a proactive investment in workforce well-being, leading to improved communication, stronger interpersonal relationships, and enhanced team collaboration. This facilitated experience will begin with a powerful, open conversation where employees are invited (but not required) to share their stories or stories of people in their lives who have experienced mental health challenges—highlighting the reality that mental health touches us all. By starting with the phrase “You should meet my ____,” participants are able to initiate vulnerable and authentic conversations with a sense of community and support.

 

Following this, there will be a guided educational segment on how to identify and process emotions—a foundational skill for mental wellness. This will naturally transition into a discussion on journaling as a tool for emotional clarity, self-reflection, and stress reduction.

 

Each participant will receive a free journal along with curated prompts to help kickstart their journaling practice, both during the session and beyond.
