Marissa Zeaiter earned her master’s degree in health with a concentration in Nutrition from the University of North Florida. She completed a 1,200-hour supervised practice internship accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration working in hospital settings as well as with an NFL team. She has more than 15 years of practice in nutritional assessment and education in the following areas: weight loss/obesity, diabetes, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, and more.
Marissa believes there is no single approach to success in achieving health goals as everyone has their own blueprint to success. At times, we just need some help to tap into our strengths, combined with research-backed education and information, we can attain our goals. Marissa enjoys talking to individuals to understand their daily lives to help incorporate healthy choices or enhance choices already being made to meet whatever health goals are desired. With so much information circulating in the world between TV and social media, it can seem so easy to navigate our own health; but that much information can be overwhelming and make a health journey more difficult than it needs to be. Whether you need help as an individual or are open to group discussions regarding your health goals, Marissa is available to provide you with the tools for your success!
