Subsequent sessions focus on accessing resources, navigating obstacles, and measuring progress. She is passionate about empowering clients to build on their strengths and overcome life’s challenges through positive, solution-driven conversation, believing that the therapeutic relationship enhances both self-understanding and connections with others.

A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida (LMFT #2678), Dr. Killmeyer brings 15 years of experience across private practice, community agencies, nonprofit organizations, educational settings, and patient advocacy. She works with children, teens, and adults on issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, goal setting, marriage and family conflict, parenting, academic success, mental performance, and life transitions. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, she mentors Registered Marriage and Family Therapists and provides organizational consultations to enhance communication and employee development.
