ABOUT ME:

Marissa Zeaiter provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition support to help clients achieve their health goals in a realistic and sustainable way. At the practice, she works collaboratively with individuals to assess their needs, understand their daily routines, and develop practical strategies that support long-term success. Her approach is flexible and client-centered, focusing on education, behavior change, and building on each person’s strengths to create meaningful, lasting results.

Marissa has over 15 years of experience in nutritional assessment and education, working with a wide range of concerns including weight management, diabetes, renal disease, cardiovascular health, and more. She earned her master’s degree in Health with a concentration in Nutrition from the University of North Florida and completed a 1,200-hour supervised internship accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, with experience in both hospital settings and with an NFL team.
She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and that each individual has their own path to success. By combining research-backed guidance with a practical understanding of everyday life, Marissa helps clients navigate the often overwhelming world of nutrition information. Whether working one-on-one or in group settings, she is committed to providing the tools, support, and clarity needed to help clients reach their goals with confidence.
