Return Policy
Returns and Refunds Policy

At Partners in Change, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy varies based on whether you purchased a service, subscription, digital product, or physical product. These policies do not apply to our therapy or coaching services offered in-person, via Telehealth, or other digital means. 1. Refunds for Services & Subscriptions
• Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
• Technical Issues: If a technical problem prevents access to the Services and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds for Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Online Courses, Downloads)
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

We accept returns or exchanges on physical products under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns & Refunds:
