Emotional reactivity is not about being weak, dramatic, or out of control. It is a nervous system response that happens when emotions escalate faster than our ability to reason. Using knowledge from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, commonly known as DBT, I help offer practical tools that help you pause, regulate, and respond intentionally rather than reacting automatically. The goal is not to eliminate emotions but to build emotional mastery so emotions do not dictate behavior.
